Graham Keys - Executive Chairman

Norvest was founded by Graham Keys in 2000. Graham is a former corporate finance partner (15 years) of Ernst & Young, where he was the project leader of a wide variety of corporate advisory assignments, in all industries, for small to large public and private companies.

Graham is currently non executive chairman of two ASX listed companies, has private company management experience and is the controlling shareholder and chairman of three operating private companies.

Graham holds a Bachelor of Economics, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


 

Monique Myers - Director

Monique has held senior management roles in the Corporate Finance divisions at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. She has also worked in the compliance division of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission where she specialised in public prospectus reviews.

Monique has extensive experience with both listed and unlisted companies in the areas of capital raisings, initial public offerings, corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions, valuations and general compliance advice. Monique specialises in providing project management services and corporate advice for listed company transactions including preparation of shareholder meeting documents, prospectuses and liaison with the Australian Stock Exchange and Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

Monique holds a Bachelor of Business and Post-Graduate Diploma from Curtin University, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.


 

Matt Franklyn - General Manager

Matt commenced his career for a large accounting firm in 2006, where he gained experience in corporate restructuring and assurance. He commenced work as a Corporate Advisor for Norvest in 2008. During this time Matt completed his Chartered Accounting Diploma. Matt worked in London from 2009 – 2011 for Thomson Reuters as a Financial Accountant in the Markets division. Following this, he returned to Norvest as General Manager. Matt’s focus is on due diligence assignments and providing a full range of corporate advice to clients. During his time at Norvest, Matt has also been involved managing the operations of a Norvest controlled West African drilling company.


 

Alicia Mitton - Corporate Advisor

Alicia has several years experience in corporate advisory and project management roles with public, private, state and federal government organisations. Alicia has worked for national and international organisations including the United Nations in New York. Her experience includes financial consulting, feasibility studies, share valuations, project management, joint ventures and overseeing foreign aid delivery.

Alicia holds a Bachelor of Business (International Business), a Bachelor of Arts (International Studies), a Masters of Business (Accountancy) from the University of South Australia.


 

Robyn Millett - Finance And Administration Manager

Robyn provides and controls a full range of administration, treasury, financing and accounting services to Norvest and its clients. Robyn has been with Norvest since it was founded in April 2000 and has experience in ASX and ASIC registrations including all accounting and taxation requirements. Robyn has experience as the Chief Financial Officer of a public company. She has also been personal and administrative assistant to a number of Managing Directors and Chairmen in a range of ASX listed companies. Robyn is fully proficient in MYOB and other accounting and compliance packages.
